DAVID L. KUETER has over ten years of experience in water law and real property law.  He has conducted presentations regarding water rights and conservation easements at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and at the Land Trust Alliance's 2007 Rally, and has co-authored articles concerning water rights in the Colorado Lawyer and the University of Denver Water Law Review.  He is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law.
